  • CONDITIONS Payment plans are available with multiple ad purchases only and with secured credit card on file. Ads must be paid in full prior to press date. The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisements at any time. The publisher cannot guarantee that any advertisement will appear on a specific page or at a specific location on a page without preferred placement fees. Advertisers are liable for any claims made against publisher as a result of their ad content. Payment plans are available with ad purchase with secured credit card on file— to be approved by publisher. A minimum of 50% deposits are required with signing of contract. Late fees of 3% per month will be applied to ads not paid in full 30 days after due date.
